The World of Hacking

I just recently realized that people are still trying to access The World of Hacking. This site was a pet project of mine during the mid 1990s when I was learning HTML.

The site contained links to other sites, mostly discussing security issues. At the time it was taken down, it was receiving over 1000 hits per day, quite a lot for that time. People from all over the world would check it out, including many people who were accessing the site from US government computers.

The World of Hacking was given away to some guy in Canada circa 1996 who was supposed to keep it going, but he abandoned it after two months.
